The June 2019 FSFOA Conference will be held from June 18 – 21 at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront Hotel in Jacksonville, FL. The conference could not take place without the support of our wonderful sponsors and we just can't wait to see you there.

Conference registration is $1,500.  The registration covers two of your team members, booth/2-chairs, group breakfast, Welcome Reception on Tuesday, Thursday evening event, and admission to all of our meetings.  For those companies bringing more than two team members, additional per person registration will be $125. All registrations will be completed online this year, just look for the blue Register Now button.  We would like to have all the registrations completed by May 27, 2019 for planning purposes. 

If you would like to help us sponsor or co-sponsor any of our activities, we have a lot of opportunities.  This includes: Breakfast, Snack Bags, Welcome Reception, Thursday night dinner, or entertainment.  Let's get creative!

The room rate per night is $133. Parking is complimentary. Please make sure to reserve a room at the Hyatt via the following link: https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/group-booking/JAXRJ/G-FLSC. If you need to call in your reservation(s), the phone number is 800-233-1234 and the code will be “summer2019”. The code must be given in order to get our contracted rate of $133. The deadline to reserve a room is May 27, 2019.

As in the past, there will be a welcome reception with drinks and hors d’oeuvres on Tuesday evening. We also encourage you to join us on Thursday evening in the River Terrace 1 and deck at the beautiful Hyatt Regency hotel. There will be plenty of food and cocktails to relax and enjoy your evening.

May 27, 2019 - Last day to reserve hotel nights at the contracted rate of $133 per night

Tuesday, June 18, 2019 12:30pm – 5:00pm - The doors will open for set-up at 12:30.   We'll have the tables marked with your company name and if you send booth/table items to the hotel, and the hotel has the items, we'll deliver the items to your table. If you have any questions, concerns, etc.  please look for the "Wonderful and Amazing" Michael Yanosik or myself and we'll help.

Tuesday, June 18, 2019 5:30pm – 6:30pm – Welcome Reception, our welcome reception will be held from 5:30-6:30 P.M.

Wednesday, June 19, 2019 10:40am – 11:30am – We will be honoring you and your company at the Sponsor Recognition session.   Please join us at this time to introduce yourself. Our group enjoys seeing you on stage and saying Thank You every chance we can so have those smiles camera ready!

Friday, June 21, 2019 11:45am – Deadline to remove any materials from the sponsor area. Booth/table take down will be any time you need to leave but no later than Friday, June 21, 2019.  This is our final day of the conference and we are only in session until 11:45 A.M.

Basic Sponsorship - $1,500

Table/Booth Space - $0 - there is no cost to have a table as part of your sponsorship.  If you want a table, please add this ticket to your cart.

Additional Badge Requests - in addition to the two included in the Basic Sponsorship - $125

Other Sponsorship Opportunities - This is a blank field where you can indicate other sponsorships such as an afternoon break, breakfast, etc.

Payment Options – payment by credit card is preferred, but we also accept checks.
If you need to split your payment over more than one credit card, please complete the registration process but indicate payment will be made by check. Then do a second registration providing your company name and contact information, but choose to purchase only Other Sponsorship Opportunities at the bottom of the page. You can indicate the amount you would like to apply to credit card #1 and make that payment.  You can complete this process again with the amount to be paid on credit card #2. Save the Date! Our November conference will be a joint conference with FASBO. We are excited to work together and come up with great information for all who attend. The November Conference will be held in Orlando from November 11-15, 2019.
