The FSFOA June 2018 Conference will take place June 12 – 15, 2018 at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Landings.  The conference could not take place without the support of our wonderful sponsors and we look forward to seeing you.

Conference registration is $1,500.  The registration covers two of your team members, booth/2-chairs, breakfasts, Welcome Reception on Tuesday, Thursday evening event, and admission to all of our meetings.  For those companies bringing more than two team members, additional per person registration will be $125.  You can register online by clicking the link below or you can download the registration form shown below.

The conference rate for the hotel is $139 per night and includes complimentary wi-fi.  Materials can be shipped to the hotel using the address below.  Reservations must be made no later than May 21, 2018 to receive the group rate and can be made online using the following link https://aws.passkey.com/go/FSFOA2018 or by phone at 1-904-588-1234. The materials will be delivered to your booth/table for set up on Tuesday.

If you would like to help us and sponsor or co-sponsor any of our activities, we have several opportunities ranging from the welcome reception and the Thursday night event to breakfasts, snack bags and entertainment.  We welcome your ideas.  Our theme is "Full Steam Ahead" in recognition that our hotel in downtown Jacksonville, is on the St. Johns River where steam boats were berthed.  If you have ideas or suggestions, please contact Gretchen Saunders, our Sponsor Coordinator by clicking the link or by phone at 813-272-4383.

  • Monday, 5/21 last day to reserve hotel rooms at conference rate

  • Tuesday, 6/12 12:30 - 5:00pm - Sponsor setup begins.  Tables will be labeled with company names.

  • Tuesday, 6/12 5:30pm - Welcome Reception

  • Wednesday, 6/13 9:05am - Sponsor Introductions (after the Fl. Dept. of Ed Session)

  • Thursday, 6/14 10:40am – Sponsor Appreciation

  • Friday, 6/15 Booth/table must be taken down by 11:45am
