Budget Sheets for Agenda Items

Does your District require that all agenda items presented to the School Board for approval include a budget sheet that provides the original budget, expenditures to date and available budget? If so, please provide a copy of the budget sheet. Are budget sheets also required when the agenda item is only for approval to use a specific vendor?

    Alachua does not require a budget sheet, but we encumber the funds prior to Board approval and indicate funding on the agenda item.

    Seminole does not require a budget sheet.

    Hillsborough County Public Schools requires a budget sheet that not only identifies the account coding, but requires several signatures that: verify availability of budget, and ensure compliance with federal regulations if it is grant related.

    Sumter County does not require, we do have to include the funding source and cost of agenda item
